Well, just what the world (doesn't) need, another blog. They say every one has a story. This blog is my attempt to find out if I do have a story, one that might even be interesting both to me and to you out there on the Web.
Where do I begin? Let me tell you a bit about me. I'm 48 this year, married for almost 25 years with two teenage kids. Oh and a dog. I work in the public sector in housing in Newcastle upon Tyne. I don't like my job, I don't hate it either, its just what I do- it doesn't (at least I don't think it does) define me in the way some people (police, firefghter, nurses etc) are defined by their job. I've done this job for 17 years now, it pays OK and conditions of service are good. I deal with the public so sometimes its tough though no one has threatened to kill me for about 15 years now!
Anyway over the next few months I'm going to share some of my likes and dislikes and tell you more about my life and my daily struggle with the kids and the wife.Oh and the dog!
